Upload the trial protocol document. Total Recruitment verifies it's a protocol and pulls the study's registry details — no setup, no configuration.
The criteria come out of it
Inclusion and exclusion criteria are extracted from the document itself and tagged by how each one can be determined — chart, screening visit, or both. No manual criteria entry.
Work the tier list
Get a ranked, per-criterion verdict for every patient — highest-probability candidates first — for your coordinators to review and act on.

Questionnaires & outreach
Build questionnaires — with or without AI assistance — and use them for patient outreach and for insight beyond what the chart already tells you.
Simple pricing: the platform — your patient database, questionnaires, and outreach — is a monthly subscription. Screening is billed per trial.
Where your data lives
Private by architecture
Most AI products send your data to someone else's model. Lumynix never does. Every customer gets their own isolated database — your records are never rows in a shared table — and the AI that reads your documents runs on hardware we control, not a third-party API. Host with us and be running in days, or deploy on your own premises if your policies require it. Either way, your data stays in one place, and it is never anyone else's.

Screening suggests — your staff decide
Total Recruitment's screening ranks candidates against a protocol's eligibility criteria. It doesn't decide who's enrolled. Every ranked patient is a suggestion for your coordinators to review — final eligibility, contact, and enrollment decisions are always made by your staff.
