Total Patient Recruitment

A sponsor protocol goes in, structured criteria come out, and the whole patient population gets screened against them.

Your site already has the patients. This is the software that finds which of them a protocol is actually asking for — ranked, criterion by criterion, with the reasoning kept.

  • Pre-screening is usually either prohibitively expensive, or it means handing your patients’ records to a third party.
  • Total Patient Recruitment turns the overtime work of manually reviewing charts into reviewing recommendations — each one backed by evidence your records already contained.
  • It ingests the CSV your system exports, through a mapping you create once and reuse on later exports.
  • It brings records from multiple sources into one pool, each tagged with where it came from, and tracks each patient’s availability for trials.
  • It generates printable pre-screening logs that document your recruiting efforts.
  • It collects responses through tailorable questionnaires you can send by link or QR code.
  • It was built with the site in mind.

What it does not do

Total Patient Recruitment does not enroll anyone, and it does not decide who is eligible. Your coordinator and your investigator do that. It pre-screens and ranks, it shows the evidence behind every criterion it scored, and it leaves the documented record behind it.
